Main Duties 主要职责:
1.Working on shifts to operate, routing check, record data of the utility equipment, such as air compressors, cooling water pump station and towers, air heaters, air conditioners, water heaters, elevator, overhead cranes, city water system, sewage system, fire hydrant system, gas system and other pipe systems, building etc. to guarantee the normal operation and supply of utilities systems.
三班运行，日检，记录能源设备和系统，如空压机，冷却水泵房和水塔，空气加热器，热水器，电梯，行车，空调，自来水，消防，排水，燃气，管道厂房等系统，并确保系统的正常运行和能源的供应；
2.Follows up the preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, issues service requests and performance reports on the general maintenance of utilities.
遵循预防，矫正和预见性的维护，日常维修问题的服务请求和日常维修的报告；
3.Responsible for operation and maintenance of switch board room.
配电房高压开关操作、维护、维修；
4.Install and maintain instrument of power equipment;
动力仪表的安装、保养，以及污水处理设备的维修；
5.Responsible for operation and maintenance of generator.
发电机的运行、维护、维修；
6.Implement the electric maintenance to power equipment and maintenance for lighting、water pump、data system and telephone system etc;
动力设施的电气维护、维修，照明、水泵、数据系统和电话系统的维护、维修；
7.Input the maintenance records and data into SAP; and coordinate and check the service of the third party;
输入维修记录和SAP 数据录入；
8.Coordinate and supervise and check the supplier site installation and maintenance service activities;
协调，监控和检查供应商的现场安装，维修和服务；
9.Ensures all the activities contribute to CT-ECC profitability;
确保所有行为都有益于提高CT-ECC的盈利；
10. Continuously improves operational processes;
持续改进、优化运作流程；
11. Assures legal compliance with HSE legislation for all process activities, and compliance with all TKCN/CT-ECC HSE;
确保所有的行为均符合健康、安全和环境方面的法律要求，并遵循TKCN/CT-ECC 的健康、安全和环境的要求；
Qualification Requirement 任职资格
Education 教育:
Technical school and above diploma, majoring electrical related disciplines;
中专及以上学历，电气有关专业；
Experience 经验要求:
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in maintenance switch board room and electrical maintenance to power equipment;
5年以上的电气控制间和动力设施维修和相关工作经验；
Experience for plant electricity network maintenance and high voltage electric power equipment management;
具有工厂电网维护、高压电力设备管理经验；
Hold the certificates of electrician-on-duty and maintenance electrician;
持有值班电工和维修电工证书；
Competency 胜任力
· Good team player, detail oriented, patient and able to work under pressure;
良好的团队合作能力，细节导向，耐心，能承受一定的压力；
· Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
能应用Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel；
· Basic for oral and written English;
简单的英语书面和口语表达能力；
· Ability to work independently;
独立工作能力；
